Running costs
The AI running cost, handled.
The AI charges a small amount for what it reads and writes, measured in little units called tokens, a bit like data on a phone plan. You only pay for the work it actually does, so for a small business it usually adds up to a few coffees a month.
On a Partnership plan, a monthly token allowance is included, so for most small businesses the AI side is fully covered, with nothing extra to think about. Not on a plan? It runs through your own account, with a hard cap you set so it can never surprise you.

Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. Most of our clients are owners and ops managers, not engineers. We handle the technical side and hand you tools that feel like the software you already use.
What kinds of tasks can actually be automated?
The repetitive, rules-based ones: quoting, scheduling, data entry, invoice chasing, inbox triage, reporting. We start by finding the tasks that quietly eat the most hours.
Is our data safe?
Yes. We scope access to only what a task needs, keep records inside tools you control, and document exactly what touches what before anything goes live.
How long does a typical project take?
A first automation is usually live in two to four weeks, sometimes faster for a small one. We'd rather move deliberately than ship something you can't trust.
What happens after handover?
You own everything. We train your team, leave clear documentation, and stay reachable. Ongoing tuning is optional, never required.
